Lloyds deal with Cheltenham & Gloucester complaints as well as those for Lloyds. Please note Lloyds may try to contact you directly, if you feel comfortable answering the questions please proceed if not ask them not to disturb you and put it in writing to us. As of 14th May Lloyds has started a phased return to work, to resume the processing of PPI claims.

You may wish to approach your lender directly with the additional information, but as the FCA deadline of August 29th 2019 has now passed, we are unable to do this for you. We will therefore be ceasing work on this particular claim.
